Beginning in mid-February 2008, the 1997-2007 online version of the Science Watch® newsletter, ESI-Topics.com, and in-cites.com, will all be featured together on the redesigned ScienceWatch.com. All previous content from the three sites will be permanently archived, and remain accessible from any existing bookmarks to the archived pages. No new content will be added to this site. Changing/Updating
Contact Information In Your Feature

If you are featured in any one of the following Essential Science Indicators editorials: in-cites, ESI-Special Topics and/or Science Watch® and are inquiring about changing your contact information, or random edits of any kind, please read the editing information below:

All of the articles (features, interviews, essays, profiles, etc.) from the Web sites listed above have a citing URL on their pages (like the printed version of a journal) to add citing value to the articles.

As with a printed journal once an issue has gone to print, the content of the piece will remain unchanged*. Therefore, the articles and all other material published within, may not be edited after publication to make changes or revisions to the original item, rankings, numbers, data, or to remove or modify information pertaining to author, institution, journal, nation, mailing address (postal or email), any other various information, or to change web site URLs that pertain to the interviewee—or any other item not mentioned*

The article data/information/rankings, as well as any contact information that were pertinent at the time of posting remains a permanent, and un-editable part of the online editorial item.

If a commentary of any kind is received after the publishing month, it is considered a "late entry." All late entries are listed in the subject/category main interview menu, as well as the month of original publication date. However, photo and/or individual listing will not be added to the opening page of the overall Web site or in the category menu of interviewee images.

(*Note: Substantial factual or editorial corrections are another matter and, if necessary, will be handled by linking readers to a corrected version of the item. This will occur only if/when we make an editorial mistake or typo.)
