Following the latest bimonthly update to
Essential Science Indicators ,
in-cites has produced a listing of the scientists, institutions,
countries, and journals that have achieved the highest
percentage increase in total citations from the sixth bimonthly
period of 2006 to the first bimonthly period of 2007—that is,
from December 2006 to February 2007. These entities are singled
out as Rising Stars in their respective fields.
