Beginning in mid-February 2008, the 1997-2007 online version of the Science Watch® newsletter, ESI-Topics.com, and in-cites.com, will all be featured together on the redesigned ScienceWatch.com. All previous content from the three sites will be permanently archived, and remain accessible from any existing bookmarks to the archived pages. No new content will be added to this site.  Information about... Top Papers

From the various Rankings pages (Scientists, Journals, Institutions, Countries), you can access the Top Papers for the ranked item (scientist, institution, country, or journal) by clicking the papers icon, located in the View column.

Papers are sorted by citations by default; the paper with the most citations is displayed at the top of the list. Bibliographic information (including article title, authors, source information, and author addresses) and the number of citations are shown for each paper.

Note: While the papers column on the Rankings page contains the number of all papers published in the last 10 years from Harvard, the Papers page will only list those papers that met the threshold needed to be considered highly cited in their respective fields of study.
